Certain exhibitions are held simply to display products. However, some platforms depict a story of passion, progress, and people behind the innovation. Our experience at the HIM MSME Expo 2026, held from January 3rd to 5th, 2026, at The Ridge, Shimla, felt exactly like that.
Surrounded by other homegrown artisanal makers, entrepreneurs, and food innovators, we didn’t just showcase our innovative Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) products to visitors. We also proudly represent our farmers, workforce, and home state, Himachal Pradesh, where every product is carefully crafted for global export. What made the whole 3-day event so special was visitors’ genuine curiosity and interest in food innovation.
HIM MSME Fest 2026 Shimla | B2B Meet & Global Market Access
The three-day HIM MSME FEST 2026 was an opportunity for businesses, buyers, distributors, and visitors to explore Retail Food Products while learning responsible ways to innovate. The emphasis at the fest was on our RTE and RTC food products, which use advanced retort technology, ensuring safety, hygiene, and long shelf-life – without preservatives or artificial additives.
Each of our product lines meets rigorous international standards and provides reliable food safety assurances to consumers worldwide. The enthusiasm demonstrated by HoReCa, Food Services, Distributor Meet and Food Brand Activation networks has opened many new growth opportunities in both domestic and export markets.
Made-in-Himachal Products at HIM MSME Fest 2026
Inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the event highlighted the entrepreneurial innovation and creative spirit of the agriculture and food manufacturing in Shimla and other districts. Numerous vendors set up stalls to showcase both handmade products, such as handicrafts and decoration items. In addition, a variety of local and international-grade food products were also featured. Overall, the MSME Expo celebrated the skill, small-business growth, and sustainability across Himachal Pradesh.
Our stall at the fest provided us a platform to not just display our RTE and RTC offerings. But we also got a chance to interact with visitors from all over Himachal and India. Hence, we understood their perspectives on instant meals, ready-to-eat food products, and ready-to-cook food solutions.
